Inspired by the Broadway Musical “On the Twentieth Century”, the Superstar Dinner was a night of fine dining, art, and elegance. The dinner was prepared and served by UWSP Dining Services Catering and the guest list was comprised of top donors of the arts in Portage County area. Every aspect of the design from the menus to the attendee place settings had to reference the roaring 1920s and be as luxurious as the nights five course meal. The 45-page book documented everything that went into making the dinner a success, including an area specific design and color pallet, food photography, typography, and Art Deco inspired illustrations. The final book was submitted to the 2015 National Association of College and University Food Service (NACUFS) catering event competition where it won Silver.
